Day-Of Wedding Coordinating Services Include:

• Two meetings to discuss and map out the timeline, vendors, setup needs, etc.

• A customized dashboard to track your timeline, vendor contact information, photography lists, videography needs, music requests, and to-do lists for everyone involved in the planning.

• Insight and advice on set up, timing, and coordinating vendors, venue, and bridal party responsibilities and expectations.

• Communicating with all vendors as needed two weeks prior to the event.

• Managing rehearsal as scheduled with Bride, Groom, Bridal Party, and Families, as needed.

• Coordinating venue set up with others as designated by Bride and family.

• Managing the whereabouts of vendors and bridal party throughout the day and ensuring we stay on time and in order.

Add-Ons:

• Clean-up service for post-event to include collecting dinnerware/rentals and more, as needed.

• Depending on the size/location(s) of the event, multiple team members may be needed or requested.

• Other options may be considered after free consultation to ensure this service is everything you need and more!
